We provide both full and partial design and architecture services (feasibility through to project completion) to suit the Clients particular requirement.

Design services include interior design and space planning.
We believe good design is creatively combining the clients brief and the site constraints to achieve a building which meets the end user needs, is context specific, aesthetically pleasing and incorporates sustainable principles. We constantly seek to positively enhance the architectural experience through our designs.

Our portfolio of past work includes residential (private individual family housing, for rent and for sale multi unit housing as well as hostel and special needs accommodation), commercial and retail developments. TOCA’s expertise includes new build, extensive remodelling and refurbishment including work on listed buildings and in conservation areas. We work on projects of varying scale small, medium and large.

We are able to work on the Client team as well as through Contractor appointment on Design and Build or Partnering Project.
