We provide both full and partial design and architecture services (feasibility through to project completion) to suit the Clients particular requirement.

Desgin services include interior design and space planning. We believe good design is creatively combining the clients brief and the site constraints to achieve a building which meets the end user needs, in context specific, aesthetically pleasing and incorporates sustainable principles. We constantly seek to positively enhance the architectural experience through our designs.

Our portfolio of past work includes residential (private individual family housing, for rent and for sale multi unit housing as well as hostel and special needs accommodation), commercial and retail developments. TOCA’s expertise inculdes new build, extensive remodelling and refublishment including working on listed buildings and in conservation areas. We work on projects of varying scale; small, medium and large.

We are able to work on the Client team as well as through Contractor appointment on Design and Build or Partnering Project.

Project Management

As one of our core service areas, we take pride in the track record we have built in this area of service over the years. Our Project Managers will guide your project from inception and feasibility stage providing initial and detailed cost advise and where required advise on the appointment of the design team through to drawing up formal requirements or specification, tendering and works on site.

We have extensive experience of the Employers Agent and Client Representative role on standard Design and Build as well as Partenering Forms of Contract. We act as Cost Consultants where appointed as Client Representative.

We will vet deisgns for compliance with the brief and administer the contract during works on site.

We assist in collating Key Performance Indicators and other documentation required on projects including end of project reviews.
