TOCA made planning submission for first scheme under the Code for Sustainable Homes technical criteria. The 18 unit development in Haringey, north London includes a green roof.

July 2007
Principal, Teri Okoro received a BEEAM Award presented by the Mayor of Croydon for enterprise and achievement recognizing her role in setting up TOCA as well as her numerous community and voluntary activities/other achievements over the years.

June 2007
To celebrate 15 years of practice in addition to having open practice, TOCA is also sponsoring and organising an exhibition of contemporary art by artists and architect-artists during Architecture Week 2007 (15 to 24 June). The show ‘Alternative Narratives’ is curated by Teri Okoro in association with Isobel Harrison. Enfield Council Arts and Events Department have assisted in planning the event.

February 2007
Windrush Close a new build development of ten units was officially opened this month by the Deputy Mayor of Hackney. The Client were NRA Alliance.
TOCA provided Project Management Services appointed as Employers Agent and also acted as Planning Supervisors.
Teri Okoro selected the name finally adopted for this development.
