Our Project Managers will guide your project from inception and feasibility stage providing initial and detailed cost advise and where required advise on the appointment of the design team through to drawing up formal requirements or specification, tendering and works on site.

We have extensive experience of the Employers Agent and Client Representative role on standard Design and Build as well as Partnering Forms of Contract. We act as Cost Consultants where appointed as Client Representative.

We will vet designs for compliance with the brief and administer the contract during works on site.

We assist in collating Key Performance Indicators and other documentation required on projects including end of project reviews.
