History
Teri Okoro founded the consultancy in 1992. While the scope of our work has since grown to include multi-unit residential, cultural and commercial projects some international, we still undertake smaller scale projects locally. Other consultancy is an integral and growing area of work from research, strategy and stakeholder engagement through to delivery and embedding change.

TOCA undertakes a wide range of design, project management and related consultancy services in the residential, retail and commercial sectors. Our focus is on delivering inspired building solutions which are flexible, functional and achieved within established budgets.
We are committed to excellence and sustainability while fully meeting the Clients brief and user requirements. Our collaborative team working approach has delivered successful projects and also earned us a reputation for quality service. With a purposely small team we offer a very personal service with the Practice Principal Ms Teri Okoro involved on all projects.
Formed in 1992, we remain very enthusiastic about our work and are always keen to take on new challenges as well as work in new areas. We keep abreast of the constantly changing regulatory context within which we operate.
